Wait and see and drink tea

Stress usually arises when we are thinking about the future and imagining all the bad things that could happen. In such moments, we try to keep or gain control over the situation by playing through every possible development in our heads and thinking about how we might react in which case.

This causes a lot of stress and usually hardly works. Because we can't control everything in our lives.

What we can do about it is to create good conditions so that things can develop as much as possible in our interest. Once we have done that, we can only wait.
