Clouds in the sky

As children, we all did something that we should do regularly as adults: lie down on the ground and look at the sky.

You wouldn't believe how relaxing it can be just watching the clouds. Without any thoughts, the gaze simply directed "into the blue".

By the way, you ground yourself at the same time with this little exercise. Electrons from the earth's surface can flow onto the body, which has many health benefits (keyword Earthing – there is also a separate micro-exercise for this).

Unfortunately, most of us as adults haven't just looked at the sky for ages.

Reason enough to change that now!

Take a few minutes today, it's best to lie down somewhere in the grass, just watch the clouds and let your thoughts drift.
