The exercise "The Magic of the Small" is a micro-exercise in two senses:
On the one hand, because it can be carried out almost anywhere without much effort and on the other hand, because it deals with the small – the Micro Kosmos.
It is a little similar to the exercise "Very close to it", which you ebf. in the Daily Flow exercises.
But only a little, because this exercise is not just about taking pictures, but about observing something small for a while.
The next time you're out and about, see if you can find anything small that piques your interest.
This can be a leaf moving in the wind, a flower that looks particularly beautiful, or a small insect or snail that you see by the side of the road.
And then just take a few minutes and observe this little one, which is just as much a part of the universe and life as you and me.
When I did this exercise for the first time, I was surprised how calming it can be and how quickly you can calm down internally with this exercise.
And because there is something small to discover almost everywhere, you can also do this little exercise wonderfully if you live in the city.
You don't even have to go to a park, even on your balcony or even in your apartment there are small wonders to discover!
Just try it out - if possible in nature, of course - and let yourself be surprised how magical the world of the little one can be!
