In the Daily Flow exercises you will find many exercises from the Forest bathing , some that have their roots in mindfulness and MBSR ( Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction ) and others that come from myself – inspired by coaching tools such as NLP or emTrace® and of course by my own experiences in and with nature.
