Maybe you've already seen the micro-exercise "Charlie Brown Technique"?
The aim is to influence one's own body experience and thus one's own mood through a change in posture.
This not only works by changing your posture, it is enough to just pull up the corners of your mouth.
In fact, consciously pulling up the corners of the mouth activates the same areas in the brain that are also active when we smile.
And not only that!
If we deliberately hold the corners of our mouth upwards for at least 30 seconds, the body begins to release those hormones (endorphins) that are also released during the "right" smile.
That's even scientifically proven and is known in science as the "facial feedback hypothesis".
So why not just "smile away" the stress instead of "breathing it away", as it is often said.
By the way, this does not mean that you should go through life with rose-colored glasses and ignore all problems.
But with a smile on your lips, you might find a solution to the problem faster – because we are simply more creative when we are in a good mood!
