Simply taking a lap around the block or walking through the nearest park for a quarter of an hour is so obvious that you almost forget it when you're stressed.
But walking has a lot of advantages to offer:
The head is cleared again, the body and brain are supplied with more oxygen again, the muscles are better supplied with blood and the circulation is stimulated.
The many impressions during a walk help to leave brooding and spinning tops behind and to become open to new ideas and ideas again.
"I have indulged in my best thoughts and know of no sorrow that cannot go away," says the Danish philosopher Søren Kierkegaard.
Therefore: Take 10 minutes and go for a short walk - preferably in nature - and then feel inside yourself how good the walk has been for you.
Maybe you even feel like making it a fixed ritual in your daily routine!
