In emTrace®, superresources are the 5 emotional states of pride, relaxation, gratitude, awe and the so-called positivity resonance.
Studies have shown that experiencing these emotions can bring us back to our center particularly quickly and effectively when we are out of balance.
These resources are not only "super" because they are super suitable for getting back into balance, "super" in Latin means something like "over": The superresources are superordinate resources that have a far-reaching effect on our entire system (physical, mental, emotional and emotional).
How can you use the super resources for yourself?
Easy:
Think of an experience that you associate with one of the super resources at a time. Where have you ever been particularly proud? In which situation did you once feel particularly safe and relaxed? What are you very grateful for in your life? What leaves you with an impression of awestruck amazement? And finally, the positivity resonance (the connection to others): Where did you make someone else happy? Where have you ever felt love (not being in love, but real love)?
With each of these feelings, go into the feeling for 30 seconds and let the feeling spread through you. Then think about the next situation and go back into the corresponding feeling for 30 seconds.
By the way, if you are in the forest, you can also do the following:
Find 5 sticks for each of the 5 super resources. Whenever you come to a particularly beautiful spot in the forest, you put one of the sticks there and go into one of the feelings, as described above.
In this way, you are giving something good back to the nature around you at the same time, namely your positive feelings during this exercise.
And one more thing: If you take a look at the super resources, you will see that we experience all these resources almost automatically when we are out and about in nature. We are proud that we didn't stay at home on the couch, we are relaxed (when we walk through a beautiful forest, for example), we are grateful for the nature that surrounds us, we experience awe of the beauty of nature and we feel lovingly connected to nature (the positivity resonance).
In this way, nature automatically brings us back to our center!
