Another exercise in which you can use your mobile phone sensibly in nature is the "Invisibility Spell" exercise, which, like all exercises, naturally works best in nature.
And as with the other photography exercises, you can of course use a passe-partout instead of a camera if you prefer to walk through nature digitally-free.
The exercise itself is quite simple – at least at first glance.
At second glance, however, the exercise does pose a certain challenge. Because your creativity is required to perform the exercise!
And not too closely, because the "invisibility spell" is about photographing invisible things.
For example, things like:
- Relaxation
- composure
- Beauty
- Starch
- Silence
- the wind in the trees
- summer, winter, autumn or spring
- I'm sure you can think of a lot of other invisible things that can be photographed
Of course, this doesn't just happen, you have to think about how you can capture these invisible things photographically – either actually with your camera or "hinted at" with the passe-partout.
And because this exercise requires all your attention, there is simply no capacity left to be 😀 stressed.
And that makes this exercise another real stress-buster!
So, pack your camera or passe-partout and off you go into nature!
