Taking a short walk through the forest after work is one of the best ways to quickly relax and recharge your batteries after a busy day.
For all those who don't have the opportunity to "just quickly" drive into the forest, I thought that a video of such a short lap might be the second best way to relax in nature after work.
Have fun in the forest!
In the beginning, you can sometimes hear a car passing by. But that stops later and you only hear the sounds of the forest.
A few more short notes:
Of course, you can watch the video leaning back in your favorite armchair.
Or you can try to combine the viewing with a little mediation. Then the video can be much more intense.
One way to do this:
Try to be as present as possible when watching. No external distractions, no checking e-mails on the side, no writing a WhatsApp at the same time, etc.
Maybe you even feel like going one step further and combining watching with meditation.
This allows you to interrupt the flow of your thoughts for a moment and really relax.
How do you do that?
Simply by consciously concentrating on what you are seeing and hearing in the video while watching the video.
In addition, you can concentrate on your breathing . So consciously pay attention to the inhalation and exhalation while you "walk" through the forest.
So such a virtual walk in the forest can actually help you relax after a long day at work!
P.:
Write me briefly in the comments if you like such tours. Then I could record more of them and also make other locations available here in this form.
Hello Carsten,
Thank you very much for pointing out this video.
I just looked at it and think it's very good and I liked it. I don't get to go into the forest as often at the moment.
I had the impression of being in the forest myself, imagined the smell or scent of the forest, entering the changing walking conditions in my thoughts....
It would be nice if there were more videos from other places.
I'm glad that the video helped me not to lose sight of the forest completely (in the truest sense of the word 😉) – even if such a video is of course no substitute for being outside. I also like to make a video of other places 👍 from time to time.
